01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms apply to all users of the boss77 platform, including registered account holders, visitors, and any person who accesses or uses any part of the services offered at boss77.lat. The Terms are effective from the moment you complete the account registration process or, where applicable, from the moment you first access the platform.

boss77 reserves the right to update, amend, or modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered users through in-platform notifications and/or the email address on file. Continued use of the boss77 platform following publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

02 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on boss77, you must:

• Have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law;

boss77 conducts ongoing age and identity verification procedures. By registering, you consent to these verification checks and agree to provide accurate and complete documentation when requested. Any misrepresentation of age or identity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities.

03 Account Registration

3.1 Creating an Account

To access real-money gaming services on boss77, you must create a registered account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to keep this information updated at all times. boss77 reserves the right to refuse registration or to close accounts at its discretion.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to maintain only one account on the boss77 platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where multiple accounts are identified, boss77 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and to void and forfeit any balances, bonuses, or winnings held within them.

3.3 Account Security

You must not share your login details with any third party. boss77 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. 3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

In accordance with applicable anti-money laundering and player protection regulations, boss77 requires all players to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before withdrawals can be processed. This process may require submission of a government-issued photo identification (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a withdrawal request may result in suspension of the withdrawal and/or account.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

boss77 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ, among other payment channels available on the platform. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your boss77 account balance subject to successful processing by the relevant payment provider. boss77 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

All funds deposited into boss77 must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are not permitted and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions: your account must be fully KYC-verified; you must not have any pending bonus wagering requirements that would restrict withdrawal; and the withdrawal amount must not exceed your available withdrawable balance. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. boss77 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours during standard operating hours, though processing times may vary by payment method. boss77 does not charge withdrawal fees.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the boss77 platform are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). Any foreign currency amounts will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

The platform complies with all applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and regulations. boss77 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any account and to report suspicious transaction activity to the relevant Philippine authorities, including the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), without prior notice to the player.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

boss77 offers various promotional bonuses and offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. In the absence of specific terms, the following general conditions apply:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and may only be converted to withdrawable funds upon completion of applicable wagering requirements;
• Wagering requirements must be met within the specified validity period of the bonus, failing which unused bonus funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited;
• boss77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time and without prior notice;
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts;
• Players who are found to be abusing bonus offers — including through the creation of multiple accounts, collusion, or other fraudulent behaviour — will have their accounts suspended and balances forfeited;
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per IP address.

06 Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the boss77 platform are provided by certified third-party software providers. Each game operates according to its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any discrepancy between in-game instructions and these Terms, the in-game rules shall prevail with respect to game-specific mechanics.

07 Prohibited Conduct

08 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You must not copy, reproduce, redistribute, publish, or commercially exploit any content from the boss77 platform without prior written consent. Any unauthorized use of boss77 intellectual property may result in legal action.

09 Privacy & Data Protection

Nothing in these Terms shall limit boss77's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law. In all other cases, boss77's total liability to you shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your boss77 account at the time the claim arises.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

boss77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, including but not limited to situations where:

• A player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• boss77 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity;
• A player has provided false registration or verification information;
• A player is found to be under the required age of 21;
• A player has initiated a chargeback or payment dispute in bad faith;
• Regulatory or legal requirements necessitate the closure of the account.

Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, boss77 reserves the right to forfeit any balances, bonus funds, and associated winnings. Where account closure occurs for reasons unrelated to player misconduct (such as platform service discontinuation in a jurisdiction), any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method subject to KYC completion.

You may close your boss77 account voluntarily at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any disputes arising from them or from your use of the boss77 platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute between you and boss77, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation by contacting boss77 customer support. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

boss77 operates within the regulatory framework of Philippine gaming regulations as overseen by PAGCOR. Regulatory complaints may also be submitted to the appropriate Philippine gaming regulatory authority.

14 Amendments to These Terms

boss77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via in-platform notification and/or email. The updated Terms will take effect immediately upon publication unless a later effective date is specified.

Your continued use of the boss77 platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any change to the Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.

The version of the Terms that was current at the time of any relevant event will apply to disputes and claims arising from that event.
